No. Unlike unregistered movers, Golden Star Packers and Movers maintains 100% price transparency. Our written quotation covers packing materials, labor, loading, transport, GST, and unloading. As long as your inventory matches the agreed survey list, the price quoted is the price you pay.
We use industry-standard 5-layer protective packing materials including high-density air bubble wraps, heavy-duty corrugated rolls, edge-protecting foam corners, waterproof stretch film, and strong sealing tapes. For extra-delicate items like marble tables, glass mirrors, and LED TVs, customized wooden crates and thermocol cushioning are provided.
Yes. Our long-haul container trucks are outfitted with GPS tracking. Furthermore, you are assigned a dedicated Move Coordinator who gives regular milestone updates and coordinates with the truck driver for exact arrival timings.
Transit insurance is strongly recommended for all long-distance relocations. It covers any unforeseen accidental loss, vehicle turnover, collision, or fire during highway transport. We assist you with 100% genuine insurance policy documentation issued by recognized national insurance underwriters.

We provide authentic IBA approved documentation, including official GST Tax Invoices with approved SAC codes, Consignment Notes (Lorry Receipt / Bilty), itemized inventory sheets, money receipts, and insurance policies required by public sector banks, government ministries, and corporate employers.
We recommend booking 2 to 5 days in advance for local intracity moves, and 5 to 10 days in advance for interstate moves (especially around month-ends or festival seasons). However, we also accommodate urgent, same-day moving requests subject to fleet availability.
Yes. Our skilled crew dismantles standard beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and modular desks before packing, and reassembles them upon delivery in your designated rooms at the destination.
In compliance with transport safety laws, we do not transport hazardous materials, inflammable liquids (petrol, kerosene, gas cylinders), explosives, perishable food items, contraband, cash, jewelry, and personal confidential documents.
