What We Give You on Delivery Day
Six documents, all original, all ready to submit to your HR or accounts team without any follow-up from us:
1. GST Tax Invoice
Our GSTIN is on it, SAC code 996511 or 996791 depending on the service, and the full rate breakup. Accounts teams don't come back on this one.
2. Lorry Receipt (Bilty / LR)
Has the truck number, where it left from, where it's going. This is what your employer's transport policy usually asks for specifically.
3. Packing Inventory List
Every item listed by number. Both sides sign it on loading day — you keep a copy, we keep one. No disputes later about what went in.
4. Stamped Payment Receipt
Shows amount paid, mode of payment (NEFT / UPI / bank transfer), and has our company stamp. Finance teams need this to close the reimbursement file.
5. Transit Insurance Copy
The actual policy document, not just a mention on the invoice. Premium receipt included. Some employers specifically require this to be attached to the claim.
6. Vehicle Condition Report
For car and bike moves — odometer, fuel level, scratches all noted before loading. Signed by both parties. Protects you if anything's disputed at delivery.
